Client Industry:

Global sports brand creating footwear, apparel, and accessories

Location:

Covers: Penang, Johor Bharu, Melaka, Sepang, KL, Perak, Genting

Remuneration

: Basic Salary + Fixed Allowance + Performance Incentive

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the performance of multiple stores, ensuring they hit sales and KPI targets (conversion, UPT, ATV, sales per sqm). Be present in stores daily -- coaching teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring visual merchandising and customer service standards. Manage store operations: staff rosters, inventory, loss prevention, and retail excellence. Balance commercial accountability with hands-on leadership -- making sure OPEX, especially staff costs, are managed effectively. Develop talent within stores and build strong succession pipelines.

Key Requirements:

7+ years of retail operations / multi-store management experience (fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle brands). Strong P&L and KPI understanding. Hands-on leadership style -- comfortable being in stores daily. Great people developer with a track record of coaching Store Managers and teams.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM7,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
