JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure smooth running of operation Supervise and motivate staff To check daily accounting report, if found any problems need to rectify on the spot and ensure the sales are key in into POS system To complete outlet tableware / inventory stock take every month To do wastage record Immediately response on customer's feedback or any inconvenience at outlet and being reporting the issue to respective person To ensure all the staff are follow the outlet SOP and always maintained the hygiene & cleanliness To coach and supervise the Outlet staff within their specified district in daily operations as well as on products and services. Ensure store achieves monthly sales target and also to monitor the store expenses. To check and make sure all related store reports or documents are complete, precise and hand in on time. To interview and recruit qualified candidates

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years of proven food and beverage management experience Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently Mastery in delegating multiple tasks Communication and leadership skills Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets Guest-oriented and service-minded Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field Able to speak in Mandarin would be added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
