Oversee daily operations of multiple retail outlets
Ensure outlets follow company SOPs and operational standards
Conduct regular outlet visits and inspections
2. Stock Take & Inventory Control
Plan, coordinate, and conduct regular stock takes at outlets
Ensure stock accuracy between physical stock and system records
Investigate stock discrepancies, losses, and variances
Monitor stock movement, transfers, and returns between outlets
Ensure proper stock receiving, storage, and labeling procedures
3. Loss Prevention
Identify causes of stock loss, damage, or shrinkage
Implement controls to reduce theft, expiry, and misplacement
Ensure staff follow stock handling and security procedures
Train store teams on stock control and stock take procedures
Ensure correct stock handling by store staff
Enforce discipline related to stock management
5. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare stock take reports and discrepancy summaries
Report inventory issues to head office or warehouse team
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations departments
6. Compliance & SOP
Ensure outlets comply with inventory SOPs
Conduct audits to ensure stock control processes are followed
Support system improvements for stock accuracy

Pay: RM2,723.75 - RM4,000.00 per month
