Kelayakan

• At least 2 year or above experience in hospitality industry.
• SPM/Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Ability to train, supervise and motivate a small team.
• Multilingual ability is a plus (Mandarin, Malay, English).
• Good at delegating tasks, creating duty rosters and setting performance standards.

Tanggungjawab

• Oversee the hotel daily operation and managing staffs.
• Resolve issues regarding daily operation, amenities, and policies.
• Report directly to the Management Team, assist Management with overseeing hotel operations.
• Ensure full compliance of hotel standard operating procedures and service standards.
• Monitor and optimise hotel's operation costs, profitability and manage hotel's risks.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet company's objectives such as guest satisfaction, cost management, etc.
• Understanding of Profit & Loss statements and ability to execute impact strategies.
• Provide regular feedback and submit required reports to the management.
• Effective lead and evaluate team members.
• Inspect guests' rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
• Evaluate hotel performance, inspect room regularly and enforce strict operational standard.
• Maximise the utilisation of the staff to achieve optimum standard of service and value for hotel guest and goal.
• Train, cross train, and retain all team members for all shift-related duties and responsibilities.
• Be accountable and take responsibility for all department heads and take ownership of all guests complains.
• Know to manage OTA & prices.
• knowledge to use ABS system and others system related to hotel management.
