Job Description

Stay up to date with every drop point/collection point/outlet under area of charge. Provide sufficient guidance and support when problems arise, and report in time to avoid any misalignment and resolve the crisis effectively. Being responsible for duty, proactively reporting work progress, and promptly responding Manpower arrangement and supervision of door to door pick up ( Closely monitor unpick-up parcels and conduct necessary readjustment) Supervise and guide the front-line on restricted/prohibited items and good packaging practices to ensure shipment adheres to the weight/dimension limitation on delivery terms and conditions.
