-Expected to recommend resolution to complex problems or problem that do not have standard solutions.
-Act as resources /mentoring for subordinates or colleagues with less experience
-Ensure shops observe the company\xe2\x80\x99s Best Practices as outlined in the SOP via Shop Audit or any other regular control monitoring.
-Contributes to work process improvement.
-Gather feedback from ABO and leaders to improve the operation and customer service.
-Maintain professional relationship with vendors & suppliers
-Monitor and ensure shop facilities are well maintained.
-Ensure Shop managers fully comply with statutory/government bodies on licensing/safety requirements.
-Create situational awareness by regularly keeping the Head of RE abreast on shop current affairs.
PROGRAMS, PROCESSES, SERVICES:-SOP compliance (R)
-Regularly check on shop assets and equipment (R)
-Monitoring Shop expenses (R)
STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT (AOP/LRBP)-Provides input for the yearly capital expenditure and manpower requirement plans
-Provides Input to departmental strategy for a sound & relevant business plan.
-Provides input to the departmental control and monitoring strategies
STAFF MANAGEMENT:-Ensure Staff aware of latest operational practices or requirement & have basic skills / Knowledge to perform their duties.
-Improve relationship with ABO, vendors and colleague
-Develop team performance expectations & track Objective progress.
-Staff motivation
-Recommend to Senior manager on staff promotions and hiring.
-Career planning for staff
