We are seeking a talented and driven Area Retail Supervisor to join our team at Jin Ye Ye Group.
Role Summary:
Area Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the retail team and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals. This role involves leading and managing the entire retail team, driving sales performance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, manage, and supervise the entire retail team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
Performance Monitoring and Strategy Development:
Oversee the setting of individual, team, and outlet sales targets, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing strategic feedback and implementing improvement plans.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures across the retail team.
Oversee daily outlet operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to safety standards.
Ensure the outlet is well-organized, clean, and presents a professional image to customers.
Training and Development:
Identify skill gaps within the team and organize relevant training programs to address them.
Train team members on product knowledge, customer handling, and effective sales techniques.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Customer Satisfaction:
Address escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and builds strong customer relationships.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Reporting and Administration:
Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to senior management.
Oversee administrative duties, including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in supervisory role, preferably in the retail or health food industry.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
