Position: Area Sales Executive.
Remuneration: RM 4000-6000 (Basic salary).
Location base: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya,Selangor.
Products: Polyethylene/plastic-based Building and construction materials,including water tanks, cabloze tanks,barriers,plastic pipes.
Sales Territory/Area: Klang Valley.

IntroductionChrisjac Recruitment is currently seeking a truly sales professionals for our long standing client, a leading well-respected supplier of building plastic materials to the construction and building sector. Our client is a group of companies that involved in the manufacturing and supply of high density polyethylene products and other specialized technical and engineering products to the construction and civil engineering sectors.The company is now looking to recruit a senior Sales Executive for the Klang Valley area. The ideal candidate for this sales role will have previous experience in the construction/building materials industry,a proven track record in sales.The sales roleThis is a field based territory sales role promoting and selling building materials and engineering products. Some of the core responsibilities will include the following activities:Drive growth in new business through identification of projects and key decision makers. Proactively targeting and building relationships with key customers including clients such as Building and construction contractors, key construction professionals such as architects & engineers, Facilities Management companies, hospitals and schools and even hardware outlets.Building pipeline of sales opportunities and meeting the business objectives in terms of customer meetings in order to ensure sales targets are met.Devoting significant amount of time in the field developing an understanding of the challenges faced by the construction sector.The candidateThe Sales Executive-building materials skills and experience required:A diploma/degree qualification in engineering,construction or business and possess own vehicle.Ideally have experience in selling building materials or building products (although highly skilled sales professionals from outside the industry will be duly considered).Proven track record in sales is essential as is a very strong work ethic and drive to continually achieve sales targets.Possess excellent inter-personal and customer relationship skills.
