Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales management or retail supervision. ??3????????????
• Experience in furniture, mattress, or home furnishing industry will be an added advantage. ???????????????????
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. ???????????????????
• Willing to travel. ???????
• Possess own transport and valid driving licence. ???????????????

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee sales performance across assigned areas. ???????????????
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets. ?????????????????????????
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities. ???????????????????
• Plan and implement sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen dealer relationships. ??????????????????????????????
• Plan, organize, and supervise furniture fair and events participated by dealer or event teams, including setup, sales coordination, and promotions. ???????????????????????????????????????????
• Conduct regular outlet visits. ?????????
