- Managing and training the sales team and ensuring an increase in their competency and productivity.
- Planning and executing sales strategy and activities for the assigned product portfolio.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to maximise company revenue.
- Assisting the Sales Manager in monitoring the sales margins and revenue, and preparing sales forecasts and reports.
- Conducting market research and analysing competitor trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Working closely with the marketing team on workshop, exhibition, and conference planning and set up.
- 5-7 years of experience in medical device and equipment sales.
- People management / team leading experience is required.
- Experience in working with private and government hospital channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
