Responsible for sales in defined territory through active development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers Entrepreneurial turnover and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix) Support of dealers in B2B portal Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers Manages defined sales territory financials (credits, open receivables, projected sales allowances/cost concessions) and escalates for support where required and coordinates with regional sales manager (RSM) with regards to cross business units activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / E-commerce / Business Admin or its equivalent. Minimum of 5-6 years of working experience in sales and candidate with relevant working experience related to Power Tools industry will be added advantage. Proven track record of generating new business and rapid revenue growth with excellent value selling and negotiation skills. Equipped with professional negotiation skills Excellence communication skills in the area of negotiation, presentations and interpersonal. High frequency in traveling is needed.
