Area Supervisor (Technical) - Vending Machine Coffeebot Holdings Sdn Bhd Branch: Johor Bahru, Johor Technicians (Trades & Services) Full time RM 2,800 - RM 3,800 per month Job Title: Area Supervisor - Coffee Vending Machines : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team and oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of our coffee vending machines. As a Senior Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our machines while providing excellent service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections of coffee vending machines. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and perform repairs efficiently. Install and set up new coffee vending machines at client locations. Train and supervise junior technicians and service personnel. Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and repair activities. Order and manage spare parts and equipment inventory. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex issues. Provide technical support and advice to clients and end-users. Stay updated on the latest coffee vending machine technologies and trends. Lead team Requirements: Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field. Experienced in handling more than 2 subordinate. Proven experience as a technician, particularly in the maintenance and repair of coffee vending machines or similar equipment. Strong technical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Willingness to travel and visit client locations across Malaysia. Valid driver\'s license.
