Diploma or Degree in Retail Management or other Business-related qualification.
Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in F&B industry.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Basic computing skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Own transport is preferred and willing to travel in different states.
Good common of language (written and spoken) in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work 6 days per week and able to support the operation after working hours / working days.
Responsibilities
Visit outlets that assigned from time to time to audit the cleanliness, food quality, services and et.
Maintain company\'s SOP within all outlets all the time.
Plans, coordinates, and directs training on staff development programs to all outlet staff.
Conduct operational training when launching any new products as well as new opening outlets.
Handles interview for outlet new hires.
Manage and maintain internal training facilities, training material, equipment, and records.
Innovate and implement other key initiatives to motivate employees of all levels in enhancing the service quality to customers.
Ensure that staff is meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
