As an ARMO Technician - Electro Mechanic, you\'ll troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and perform visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies. You\'ll assist in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment. You\'ll partner with cross-functional teams to provide the best services delivery to client. You\'ll compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.As an ARMO Technician - Electro Mechanic, you\'ll be responsible for:Troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling, and performing visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.Assisting in reworking and repairing drilling equipment.Performing complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and documentation.Being able to identify and communicate technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques.Coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.Being compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have at least Associate Diploma from an accredited institution.Have Electronic or Mechanical background and experience in maintenance process for at least 3 years.Demonstrate a good technical and mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.Have good computer skills and technical skills with ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.Demonstrate good written and oral communication in English.Be a team player with ability to work independently and demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.This is normal working pattern, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 8 AM \xe2\x80\x93 5 PM with overtime eligibility - please talk to us about the working schedule.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
