Job Description

Day-to-day work consist of strategy planning, design execution, people management, and design operations management. Ideating and translating strategic direction into creative output. Managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion by overseeing the graphic, content and layout. Producing fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling creative output. Implementing policies and standards that reinforce the organization\'s branding strategy & quality goals. Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques. Strengthening domain knowledge and gather data about target audiences and competitors, as well as conducting research about relevant industries as needed. Performing ad-hoc tasks and related duties from time to time assigned by the Director. Leading and inspiring graphic team. At least 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer/Content Creator. Excellent written and verbal skills in English. A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices. Strong interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in visual design and prototype software, such as Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Figma).
