Art Director

Join our dynamic creative team as an Art Director!

The Art Director is responsible for designing and producing outstanding artwork for both the Client and the Agency. The primary focus of this position is concept and design development pushing for new and innovative solutions. The incumbent will create unique, cost-effective, quality artwork in a timely manner.

Both mid and senior level Art Director roles are available.

Job Responsibilities

• Brainstorming, conceptualizing, ideating, and working with a team to execute creative briefs.
• Creation and production of artwork for multiple client accounts \xe2\x80\x94 this includes brand film, key visual, ATL and BTL collaterals.
• Supervise and provide art direction for designers.
• Accountable for the work assigned by the creative team and ensuring all work is as per brand guidelines and platform.
• Active involvement in creative pitches and campaign proposals.

• Good knowledge and understanding in Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI and AE).
• Knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Adobe Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of agency working experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of integrated campaigns.
• Multi-tasker and able to work independently in a fast-turnaround environment.
• Excellent portfolio of designs demonstrating exceptional visual creativity and originality.
• Successful track record of managing multiple creative projects.
• Strong understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
