Job Summary:

KK Super Mart is seeking a talented and visionary

Art Director with strong agency background to lead our creative direction and ensure brand excellence across all visual communications. The Art Director will be responsible for developing creative concepts, managing design teams, and ensuring all outputs align with the company's corporate identity (CI) while engaging customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative direction and design strategy for all brand campaigns, in-store collaterals, digital assets, and marketing materials. Oversee and guide the design team in delivering innovative and high-quality creative work. Collaborate with the brand and events teams to produce impactful campaigns and activations. Ensure all creative executions align with KK Super Mart's corporate identity and brand positioning. Manage relationships with external creative, media, and production agencies. Present creative concepts and campaigns to senior management and stakeholders. Supervise the production process to ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand standards. Mentor and inspire the design team to drive innovation and maintain a high standard of creativity.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of creative/agency experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of delivering successful creative campaigns in retail or FMCG. Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and high-quality design work. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
