Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and evolve the brand identity and design guidelines. Create engaging visuals for social media, packaging, print, and digital campaigns. Lead illustration and design efforts for product collections, ensuring a consistent brand aesthetic. Prepare design files optimized for both print and digital formats. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute creative projects. Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior designers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure the brand remains fresh and relevant.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in art direction or graphic design. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong illustration skills and the ability to tell stories visually. Experience creating designs for both digital and print platforms. Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
