Determine how best to represent a concept visually
Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
Develop the visual identity of ZALORA
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members
Work closely with Buying and Marketing teams to define the company artistic approach and style
Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments
Develop detailed budgets and timelines
Develop and curate the implementation of ZALORA\xe2\x80\x99s brand guidelines
Work involves of Digital communication, websites, mobile app and email
Working with the creative and campaign team to establish appropriate Creative direction
To successfully lead, manage and support the team of Graphic designs varying in levels from junior to senior
Oversee improvement projects, on various platforms
Increase efficiency throughout the design team workflow
Communicate with and manage both internal and external stakeholders
Suggest, develop and implement projects from end to end
Develop and rollout creative guidelines for all major branding and seasonal campaigns
Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns
