The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centred on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. Marketing Services is the team within D&S that develops and executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. The Advisors Creative Desk sits within D&S and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands. As Art Director you will have a creative flair, but an attention to detail. You will relish working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables. You will have solid people management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Role

• As Art Director, you are responsible for overseeing the development of creative deliverables developing for our clients. You will receive a smooth handover and understanding of the creative concept from the Creative Director and lead the production team, overseeing the delivery of jobs from brief to execution, through to post-production and launch.
• Managing multiple briefs across categories for distribution on channels.
• Determining quality control standards; adhering to all company policy and external regulatory bodies, and client brand requirements.
• Input to estimating, negotiating and agreeing budget and timescales with internal and external stakeholders in collaboration with Creative Project Manager and Creative Operations Managers.
• Leading the Creative Production team squad on project quality delivery
• Working alongside the Creative Desk Project Managers and Creative Operations team, you will ensure your creative team work effectively, meeting deadlines and business objectives.
• Identifying roadblocks early \xe2\x80\x93 specifically capacity concerns - and propose measures to mitigate.

All About You

• Experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer
• Proven project and client management experience
• Adept at defining client briefs and presenting concepts back to clients
• Skilled at working under pressure
• Bachelor degree qualified, with post graduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing
