Job Description

Your day-to-day revolves around: Lead creative ideation and execution of visuals for social and digital platforms. Develop a distinct style and social brand identity for various in-house brands. Collaborate with web developers, project managers, designers and copywriters to achieve creative goals. Propose new and exciting ways to engage with followers on social media, and increase brand awareness by producing creative work that resonates with the target audience. Articulate design decisions that align with brand vision and strategic objectives. Stay updated with design and industry trends, and evolve with best practices, relaying information regularly to the Creative team. Stay updated with social media trends and creatively use relevant trends to increase brand awareness and engagement. Mentor and lead junior designers. Plan resources effectively to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage, delegate and guide the design team to ensure deadlines and expectations are met. Criteria: Bachelor\'s degree/ diploma in graphic design, visual communication, digital media OR the equivalent in work experience. A solid understanding of all popular social media platforms, and the types of creative executions best suited to each. A portfolio of work that includes exciting, digital-first creative work that stands out. Please include portfolio link in resume/CV. Intermediate skills in editing, animation/motion graphics are a plus. Exceptional creative ideation skills that can be applied across platforms and campaigns. At least 3 years of working experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing/ Advertising, with 4A\'s agency experience a plus. Have a good eye for photography, videography and art styling. Highly-skilled in design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with Adobe After Effects skills a plus. A team player with the ability to lead and inspire a team, with good time management and communication skills. Candidate must be willing to work in Neutrovis HQ - Petaling Jaya
