Creative Concept Development:Ideate, craft, and execute creative concepts for new quarterly menu and product launches.Develop innovative concepts that enhance brand storytelling and engagement.Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques to keep Santan\xe2\x80\x99s visual content fresh and relevant.Visual Content Production:Develop and oversee visual strategies across digital, print, motion, and more.Ensure consistent brand identity across marketing materials, packaging, and digital platforms.Lead product design efforts to align with Santan\'s brand and ensure visual appeal.Manage video campaigns and collaborate with agencies on ad production/shooting.Leadership and Collaboration:Direct and mentor the design team to produce high-quality visuals.Review and approve creative materials across all channels.Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.Oversee regional design teams to ensure consistency in visual and brand identity across all markets.Manage the visual and branding aspects of all events and roadshows.RequirementBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior creative design roleAt least 2-3 years of experience working in an agency or within a lifestyle, F&B, FMCG, or corporate environment.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects).Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.Creative thinker with the ability to turn innovative concepts into effective, marketable ideas.Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.Experience with photography, video production, and digital media is a plus.
