Job Description

As an Art Director in the beauty industry, you\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of BBGX and DUA Beauty. This position requires a passionate and innovative individual who can translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives. Creative Strategy Develop creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the Creative/Marketing team, for both Brands. Consistently produce a high level of creativity in line with the Bubble Gum X & DUA Beauty brand. Campaign Conceptualization Ensuring that the visual design from the Creative/Marketing team aligns with the overall campaign concept and message. Formulating detailed creative briefs that outline the direction, schedule, and deliverable by communicating the conceptualized vision, and design elements with the Creative/Marketing team of Bubble Gum X & DUA Beauty. Project Management Oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use. Consistently seek to push the boundaries of creativity in terms of platform innovation and storytelling, come up with fresh new bold ideas to approach projects from a new perspective. Brand Enhancement Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with wider departments throughout Bubble Gum X & DUA Beauty. Remain up-to-date with the luxury and beauty market, specifically focused on digital innovation and the creative landscape. Develop and implement strategies to differentiate Bubble Gum X and DUA Beauty in the beauty industry. Market Research Participate in the collaborative and iterative process of researching, conceptualizing, and developing creative content for multiple projects within the Creative/Marketing team in Bubble Gum X and DUA Beauty. Ensure that all visual materials align with the company\'s brand guidelines to reinforce brand recognition. Uphold a consistent visual identity across all market research communications to build brand recognition and reinforce a sense of professionalism and reliability in the market. Marketing Collaboration Work with the entire Creative/Marketing team to elevate innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and define the voice of Bubble Gum X & DUA Beauty. Obtain team approval of final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; encourage members to provide feedback; and respond to internal commentary and requests. REQUIREMENTS Creative Background: Showcase your creative vision through a portfolio, with a preference for experience in the skincare or beauty industry. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field. Skills: Strong artistic and conceptual abilities, with an understanding of design principles. Knowledge of current beauty and design trends. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Leadership: Leadership skills to guide and inspire a creative team, ensuring cohesive and impactful visual communication. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the achievement of broader brand goals.
