Job description - Attend to walk-in customers, answering phone calls and reply message thru FB - Introduce company\'s courses to parents - Observe children\'s learning progress, prepare report and discussion with parent - Address parent & student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Course customer service, to provide professional courses to explain and questions Q & A for parents Requirement: - Minimum Diploma qualification or higher - Candidates with at least 2 years of Customer Service experience - Must be able to work on weekends - Can speak Mandarin & English as you will need to speak with Mandarin & English parties - Chinese and English both fluent in Writing, listening and speaking - Good communication skill - Able to join immediately or short notice - Can work independently with minimum supervision - Excellent organization and management skills (Training will be provided) - Proficient in MS Office Words & Power Point, Excel - Able to interact and bond with children - Patient, meticulous, friendly, gentle, proactive and creative Working Location: Kota Damansara Bukit Tinggi Bandar Puchong Jaya Sri Petaling Sri Hartamas JB - Bukit Indah JB - Setia Tropika JB - Desa Tebrau JB - Sutera Utama
