About the job Art/Branding Manager

\xef\xbb\xbfOur client is one of the largest Singaporean bedding company that \xef\xbb\xbfis known for their exceptionally comfortable beddings, silk blanket and bed linen that weaves blissful dreams and happy sleeps since inception; and they are looking for a Digital Marketing person to join in with supporting the development and execution of online and social marketing plans!

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a consistent and integrated branding and marketing strategy of the organizations products/services in order to meet established market share targets.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavioral, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for products/services.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product/service features needing to be changed to meet customer needs.
• Liaise with other areas of the organization to implement these changes.
• Prepare branding forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenue, and cost against forecasts.
• Adapt branding plans to improve the sales performance of the products/services.
• Allocate resources and schedule marketing and advertising activities for each product/service in the organizations overall branding and marketing strategy.
• Liaise with advertising specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the products/services that are consistent, effective and appropriate for the target audience.
• Reviews and evaluates the work of outside advertising agencies; serves as liaison between the organization and these agencies.
• Recommends major advertising policy and program changes.
• High level review of advertisements, brochures and booklets before going to public.
• Manage outlet stores setup and display for Brand consistency purpose.
• Manage a team(s) of Brand/Art/Design colleagues.
• Any other assignments that given by the management.

Job Requirements:

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf5 years of working experience in group branding for retail, preferably from bedding/linen/fashion retail industry
• Experience in leading improvements in sales processes and tools
• Have a systematic way of working
• Have a hands-on attitude
• Proactively seek out and listen to feedback and recommendations from customers
• Result-driven with ambition, motivation, autonomy
