Artwork Processing Lead
Kuala Lumpur
*Salary RM 6,000*

Requirements:

• A candidate with 2 or 3 years of relevant experience in packaging production or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of package design and procedures
• Progression of numerous projects; meticulousness in detail
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams while using apps and systems
• Proven ability to solve problems
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English

Responsibilities:

• Create and finish artwork briefs
• Produce shipping cartons and packing labels with specific SKU numbers, labels, and barcodes.
• Proactively gather project data from systems and cross-functional teams to provide "fit for use" packet handoffs that let pre-media companies make visuals that look good from the start.
• Participate in project meetings as required
• Actively coordinate and manage information and project deliverables for all tasks relating to artwork creation.
• Help in creating project timetables and assign task priorities as necessary.
• Enter project information and deadlines in the WebCenter workflow tool.
• Monitor project metrics and status reports, and participate in planning and status meetings.
• Handle the pre-media agency\'s needed revisions for artwork approvals in WebCenter.
• Figuring potential for process improvement and helping with it
