Job Details :- Degree in Engineering/ Science graduates from reputed universities preferably with Computer Science or equivalent background Minimum 20 years in application development with 10 years of team leading of a development function in service or vendor-based organization or established banks/ financial institutions Knowledge in SIBS core banking is an added advantage Extensive application development experience with clear understanding of core banking and Consumer Banking related systems Experience in adopting tools for development during code review, build/packaging process and etc. Experience in various platforms Demonstrated ability for solving complex problems with a high-level of understanding of technical specification related to IT business stakeholder needs Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary and matrixed environment Required Competencies and Skills * Technical/ Functional skills With SIBS CORE BANKING working exposure preferred A MUST Development skill: RPGLE, CLLE, DB400, SQL, OS400. IT Technical Development Critical Applications relating to Core Banking and Consumer Banking Business and Technology Trends of Core Banking and Consumer Banking Business Process Management, Methods and Tools Web Framework such as Structs, Spring MVC & other types of framework like .NET IT Architecture Design JAVA / Microsoft .NET Programming Web Service Layers like SOAP, REST, etc. MYSQL, Oracle and MSSQL Databases Apache Tomcat and MQ Messaging Services Project Management Life Cycle and Tools, Different SDLC (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and Automated Tools End-to-end IT Life Cycle and Project Management (Pipeline, Resource, Demand, Project Delivery, Financial) Project Management Quality and Risk Assessment Principles and Processes Commercial/ Business Acumen Non-Technical Skills Customer Service Orientated Stakeholder Management Collaboration and Facilitation across Diverse Working Groups Leadership Capabilities Prioritization Communication Conflict management Change Management
