We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven sales leader to head seating sales across ASEAN. This role offers the opportunity to shape regional strategy, manage key OEM partnerships, and deliver profitable growth while aligning with global objectives.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial and advanced sales activities for seating solutions across ASEAN.
  • Develop and execute strategies to capture new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations on competitive trends and customer needs.
  • Drive quotation processes and ensure timely, accurate proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Negotiate pricing, long-term agreements, and customer contracts to secure favorable terms.
  • Implement margin improvement initiatives and manage engineering change controls (ECN/VEVA).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and key decision-makers.
  • Align regional strategies with Asia and global sales leadership teams.
  • Support long-range planning and annual budget development.
  • Lead and mentor a team of five, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum 15 years of commercial sales experience, including 10 years with Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive suppliers.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and managing regional teams.
  • Experience selling to automotive OEMs and navigating complex negotiations.
  • Strong financial and cost analysis skills; proficient in preparing quotations.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.
