Must know Mandarin due to liase with Chinese country personnel (can't speak English or Malay)*
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and organizing materials. Performing assembly tasks according to standardized work instructions and production schedules. Supervise the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality. Maintained and organized the store, ensuring products were accessible and well-organized. Collaborate with the Production Department to meet production targets and minimize wastage. Track inventory levels, identify shortages, and plan restocking. Implement inventory control measures to prevent theft or losses. Prepare reports on inventory status and production performance. Ensure product quality and report defects. Perform assembly tasks. Safely handle materials and products. Follow safety protocols. Keep the workspace clean and organized. Participate in training and development. Identify process improvements. Adhere to company policies.
