Job Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily project activities.
Monitor site progress to ensure work is executed according to schedule, drawings, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Support in preparing project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and workmanship standards.
Manage material delivery schedules, usage tracking, and inventory at project sites.
Assist in cost estimation, procurement of materials, and quotation preparation.
Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Ensure proper handover and completion documentation of each project.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the company to support efficient project operations.
Qualifications
Minimum
Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or related field
.
At least
1 years of working experience
in project coordination, interior renovation, or construction supervision (candidates with strong site coordination experience are encouraged to apply).
Strong understanding of project workflow, site management, and quality control.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and lead small site teams when required.
Physically fit
and willing to travel between project sites.
Proficient in
Bahasa Malaysia
and
English
(Mandarin is an advantage).
