Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide operational support to the Global Cash Management Executive Director for daily activities including GCA and North Asia Pacific.

  • Prepare Daily Cash \xe2\x80\x9cPositioning\xe2\x80\x9d in TMS (Treasury Management system)
  • Prepare cash flow forecast report and analysis of forecast for various countries on monthly basis,
  • Monitor the cash flow forecast of NCR subsidiaries on a weekly basis and determine excess cash pools and identify significant funding shortfalls and surpluses.


Perform SPOT FX trades with banks for the region\xe2\x80\x99s liquidity requirements.
Recording financial transactions on the month end, quarter end close and reporting
  • Prepare treasury documents for subsidiaries on or before the due date of the month end calendar,
  • Ensure cash transactions have been posted correctly during month end review;
  • Ensure accurate treasury data posted during month end & quarter end close.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting for:


Maintains bank accounts and coordinate bank documentation were needed.
Ensure financial controls are adequate to safeguard company funds, financial reports and documents. Recommend improvements when and where necessary. Work in a highly collaborative, team environment within a multi -cultural environment. Support other functions within the CFO organization on acquisitions, divestitures and special projects. Understand the NCR business in the region to support the sales force when needed.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related Business discipline and additionally post qualifications would be considered as an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of work experience in Finance or Treasury is required.
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft and Oracle
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously is required
  • Accounting skills
  • Proficiency in Treasury Management systems such as Kyriba will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese will be considered an advantage.
