Sales Manager (Future Leader Track)

This position is designed for individuals who want to grow into leadership. You will begin by mastering protection sales and client relationship management while working closely with our experienced Agency Leader. Over time, you'll take on greater responsibility in recruitment and team development -- with the goal of becoming a manager within two years.

Key Responsibilities

Provide protection and financial planning solutions that meet clients' needs. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships. Learn and apply effective sales, advisory, and communication skills. Participate in structured sales and leadership training programs. Recruit, coach, and support new team members as you progress. Collaborate with the Agency Leader to achieve sales and business targets.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in any field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-driven, disciplined, and growth-oriented. Passionate about leadership and people development. Sales or financial experience is an advantage but not required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
