Job Description

An Assc. Marketing Manager will oversee the entire healthcare category managing supplements. This includes category planning, product analysis, and market trends to drive growth and profitability.

• Spearhead the growth and expansion of the health category through strategic planning and creative marketing initiatives.
• Introduce and promote new products using engaging campaigns, merchandising concepts, and consumer outreach programs.
• Conduct product launches and workshops, ensuring thorough pre- and post-launch execution and seller engagement. Prepare educational materials and product fact sheets to support the salesforce with relevant knowledge.
• Create compelling product and brand content across multiple platforms-catalogues, brochures, social media, and testimonials-to support sales channels.
• Design and implement merchandising strategies that support category performance, including pricing, forecasting, and promotional activities.
• Pinpoint high-potential sellers and growth areas, and roll out targeted initiatives to boost performance. Oversee inventory and recommend clear action plans to maintain its health.
• Collaborate with local and regional marketing teams to ensure product alignment with brand standards and compliance.

A successful Category Manager should have:

• Bachelor degree in health science, nutrition or food science.
• Prior working experience in health category.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Experience in product lifecycle management and market analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
