Job Description
Key Responsibilities
:Production Support
Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and timeliness Monitor progress of assigned work orders and escalate any delay or issue to the Supervisor for action
Coordination Execution
Coordinate operator assignments and ensure smooth workflow on the floor
Team Guidance
Provide clear work instructions to operators and support newly assigned team members in understanding task requirements Observe operator performance and relay any skill gaps or training needs to the Supervisor
Workplace Management
Maintain floor cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper usage of tools and PPE by the team
Reporting & Documentation
Update the Supervisor on daily progress, attendance irregularities, and production bottlenecks Assist in compiling simple reports or checklists when required by Supervisor or management
Quality and Procedure Adherence
Monitor adherence to assembly SOPs and guide operators in following standardized procedures Support quality control by performing basic visual checks before passing units to the next process
Qualification / Requirements
SPM or Technical Certificate holder; working experience in LV/MV switchboard/switchgear manufacturing shall be an added advantage Minimum 1-2 years of experience of supervising in assembly plant. Strong understanding of assembly processes and a hands-on approach to problem-solving Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset * Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role
