Job Description

Manage all assembly equipment qualification, release, setup/buyoff procedure with subcon. Supporting deviation management, audit and other baseline improvement activities. Manages assembly documentation (control plan, OCAP) Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology/Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical) 10 years working experience in related field. Assembly engineering background is preferred, knowledge in either FOL, EOL backend assembly processes. Good in written/spoken of English. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations and problem-solving methodologies and tools. Customer and Service oriented. We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
