Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated

Assembly Operators

to support production line operations.
This role involves manual assembly work, product handling, quality checks, and ensuring smooth production activities.
Suitable for candidates who are responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual assembly tasks according to work instructions and production requirements. Operate basic tools, fixtures, or machinery for assembly processes. Conduct simple quality checks to ensure parts and finished products meet standards. Handle materials, components, and products safely and accurately. Follow standard operating procedures (SOP), safety guidelines, and production schedules. Report any defects, abnormalities, or machine issues to supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation (5S practices). Support additional production activities as required by supervisors or team leaders.

Job Requirements

SPM or equivalent qualification. Experience in production or assembly work is an advantage, but

training will be provided

. Able to work in a manufacturing environment with repetitive tasks. Able to follow instructions, work in a team, and meet production targets. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours if required. Good working attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Preferred / Advantage

Experience in automotive, electronics, or mechanical assembly lines. Basic understanding of quality awareness and defect identification. Ability to work overtime or shift when required.
