The Assembly Process Engineer will oversee and optimise assembly processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires technical expertise to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards are met.

• Develop assembly processes for new vehicle models.
• Prepare and maintain assembly process documentation.
• Apply advanced manufacturing technologies and innovative process solutions.
• Manage core process quality and technical standards.
• Design and implement tooling solutions for assembly operations.
• Develop, validate, and hand over workstation equipment and fixtures.
• Verify and apply vehicle fluid filling technologies.
• Validate and implement tightening technologies for vehicle assembly.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

A successful Assembly Process Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Prior experience in automotive full assembly process engineering is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proactive and principled, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively under leadership direction.
• Familiar with vehicle fluid filling systems, tightening equipment, torque control methods, and deviation analysis.
• Skilled in process quality data analysis and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Office Suite, CAD, UG, and other design/documentation tools.
• Knowledgeable in the four major vehicle manufacturing processes.
• Capable of drafting, reviewing, and improving process quality management documentation.
• Physically fit with no infectious diseases.
• Strong sense of responsibility and mission.
• High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and resilience under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, optimistic, and influential with strong interpersonal skills.
