Job description:
Support data collection on assembly process assigned by engineer for process performance improvement. Support assembly process improvement and towards increasing assembly process efficiency. Assist Assembly Process Engineering in monitoring and follow up FA or engineering build activities. Assist in the creation and updating of detailed work instruction documents for each assembly task, including step-by-step guidelines, necessary tools and safety precautions. Support Preventive Maintenance Program on jig/fixture, machine, equipment and work towards reducing down time. Responsible for new registration of jig/fixture, tooling and machine that used on assembly production.
Requirements:
Cert / Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering and equivalent. Minimum mechanical and mechatronic cert /diploma fresh graduate or 1 year working experience in HLA technician role Working experience in Assembly Technician will be considered an added advantage. Proficiency in Chinese will be considered an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
