Job Summary:

The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily assembly line operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met. This role involves coordinating assembly staff, monitoring workflow, solving production issues, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line operators and technicians. Plan daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of assembly targets. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards. Conduct regular inspections of assembly processes and equipment. Provide training and guidance to assembly staff to improve performance and efficiency. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Identify and resolve production problems to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production reports, attendance records, and performance data. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in assembly or production supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of assembly processes, machinery, and safety procedures. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
