Assembly Technician
Job Description
2. Manufacturing tasks included in this position are Steam Cleaning Process, Oven Drying Process, Assembly Process and Sealant Process. Assembly Process comprises Pneumatic Riveting Process, Nut Running Process, Helicoil Insert Process and Handling of Liquid Nitrgen. Others task includes : be able to handle electric pallet truck, overhead mobile crane, sling, trolley, tools, jig, fixture, relates hand tools, maintain 5S, participating in process improvement activities (LeanAero and Kaizen).

Its main core business is to manufacture and assemble fan cases for Rolls-Royce aero engines, making it the first Malaysian company to be a Tier-1 aerospace engine component manufacturer. These products are being manufactured in a highly-equipped plant in Serendah, Selangor to complement its counterpart, the Rolls-Royce engine assembly plant in Singapore.
