Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Assembly Technician

to support assembly, warehouse, and material handling operations. The role involves rack assembly, inventory handling, goods inspection, and coordination with the assembly team to ensure smooth production and dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assembly Operations

Perform rack assembly for products such as

EzRack, Smart Rack, Wall Mount Casing

, and related items Prepare and follow pick lists for rack assembly products Coordinate with the Assembly Leader to ensure smooth operation of the rack assembly line
Incoming & Outgoing Goods Handling

Receive and inspect all incoming goods for quantity and condition Manage outgoing goods by verifying quantities and ensuring proper packaging in pallets or wooden cases Handle stock-in and stock-out processes for both

Inventory & Warehouse Management

Act as a picker for all Legrand and third-party products Maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing shipments Conduct quarterly and year-end stock takes
Material Handling & Logistics

Operate forklift to load and unload products safely Move materials from the store to the assembly area as required Coordinate stock movements for incoming and outgoing shipments
Documentation & Coordination

Prepare debit orders for powder coating processes (Two M Powder Coat) Ensure proper documentation for inventory movements and external processing Perform any other related tasks as assigned from time to time
Skills & Requirements

Experience in assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing operations preferred Knowledge of inventory control, stock handling, and pick-list processes Valid forklift license with hands-on operating experience (preferred) Ability to handle physical work and follow safety procedures Good coordination and communication skills Attention to detail and basic documentation skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
