• Main Tasks and targets
• Experienced in new and established Mechanical and Electrical product assemblies

• Tasks/Responsibility
• Assemble matches and related assemblies with support from Engineering and Production Management
• 100% follow of the instructions provided in the assembly documentation
• Propose lean assembly techniques to PEN Production Management
• Propose process to improve manufacturing or department capabilities. Follow Lean, Safety and Quality Procedures. Takes corrective action.
• Participate in studies conducted by the Production Management or Engineering Team for the opportunities for reduction of the cycle time.
• Provide input to Production Management of any required production fixtures.
• Actively participate in the transfer of product to PEN factory.
• Assist with local repair process as well as mechanical upgrades for RF matching networks.
• Support other Production Team activities as required.
• Any other job/task that assign by supervisor or management.

• Working experience/technical skills/know how
• Diploma: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on RF strongly preferred
• Certificate: 3 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical Assembly

• Personal skills (Leadership, social skills)
• Teamwork approach to work. Must be able to work effectively in a highly interactive team environment
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of personnel within the organization
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
• Good problem-solving skills

• Strong detail-oriented mind-set, diligent and accurate while working under a time pressure.
