We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Asset Administrative Analyst
to manage and maintain accurate asset records, coordinate stock flow, and oversee warehouse operations. The role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments while ensuring compliance with company protocols and sustainability practices.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Inventory Management:
Verify incoming service orders and maintain real-time records of all asset movements (incoming, outgoing, transfers) in line with SLA and operational procedures.
Stock Flow & Delivery Coordination:
Ensure timely deployment and delivery of assets by applying First In, First Out (FIFO) practices to optimize stock rotation and minimize obsolescence.
Warehouse Operations & Security:
Keep the warehouse secure, clean, and well-organized while continuously monitoring assets to prevent unauthorized access.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and manage detailed documentation for asset tagging, delivery acknowledgments, and warranty claims to support accurate tracking and audit readiness.
Asset Disposal & Sustainability:
Coordinate with certified vendors for the responsible handling and recycling of End-of-Life (EOL) assets in line with corporate sustainability goals.
Audit & Compliance:
Conduct regular stock audits (weekly/monthly) and enforce company protocols and asset control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal departments and external partners to streamline inventory tracking, reporting, and resource allocation across the asset lifecycle.
Key Performance Indicators
100% real-time asset tracking and accurate stock reconciliation through regular audits.
Timely and correct order processing in compliance with asset handling and disposal protocols.
Secure, well-organized, and efficiently managed warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
Diploma in Management
or a related field (Degree preferred).
At least
1 year of experience
in asset support, administrative operations, or warehouse logistics.
Good understanding of asset lifecycle processes, sustainable disposal methods, and warehouse operations.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel and Word
for data management and reporting.
Effective communicator able to liaise between departments and vendors.
Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and willing to work overtime when operational demands require.
