Requirement:

Candidate must possess STPM/Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree.

3-4 years experience required.

Preferably Entry Level specialized in Administration or equivalent.

Degree holder with minimum CGPA 2.50 and above.

Independent, hardworking, team player and willing to learn new things.

Ensure compliance with environmental and legal regulations during disposal.


Reporting:

Generate regular reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and other key metrics for management and financial teams.

Provide recommendations for optimizing asset usage and reducing costs.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks related to asset management, such as loss, theft, or damage, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Compliance:

Ensure that assets are maintained and disposed of in accordance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with various departments, including IT, finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure smooth asset management processes.

Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as necessary.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and warranties for all assets.

Auditing:
