Our team of finance professionals partner with the business to provide trusted insights and forward looking analysis; accuracy; efficiency and control to frame and influence business decisions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Asset, Liability and Capital Management (ALCM) Manager.

Principal Accountabilities:

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for management of liquidity and funding risk, in particular reporting and monitoring compliance internal/regulatory requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and support stress testing process.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible to liaise with GFC, ASP ALCM and other stakeholders in a timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 Understand and implement guidelines from BNM, Group, PRA and HKMA etc.

\xc2\xb7 Supports ALCO in ALM matters and promote awareness of balance sheet and risk issues.

\xc2\xb7 Support ALCM related system implementations.

\xc2\xb7 Provide advice and support to MYH business/functions on matters relating to ALCM.

\xc2\xb7 Perform comprehensive investigation in support of ALCO/ASP ALCM queries.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and ensure reviews are performed for accuracy and comprehensiveness.

To research options to resolve problems and present to line manager / stakeholders for decision making.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate effectively with other teams in Finance to generate desired deliverables

\xc2\xb7 Provide regular updates to management regarding ALCM issues.

Requirements

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 An undergraduate degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related business discipline;

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience; experience in assets, liability and capital management (ALCM) is an advantage;

\xc2\xb7 Understands and anticipates strategic implications from regulatory requirements and statutory legislation;

\xc2\xb7 Keep abreast of latest finance and regulatory requirements and anticipative of impacts to the Bank;

\xc2\xb7 Ability to form effective relationships and influence without authority;

\xc2\xb7 Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate the case for risk management in the language of business;

\xc2\xb7 Ability to make robust/tough decisions which may be contrary to the business wishes and ability to prioritize competing demands;

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to assess Risk trends, both internally and externally.
