Job Description

Location : KL Sentral (Nu Tower)

Working Hours : ? 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / ? 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Weekends off)

Salary range (Native Japanese) : RM9000 basic ++ (Negotiable) based on experience level

KPI Bonus : Up to RM 300 (based on individual performance)

Salary range (Local Japanese) : RM 3300 - Max RM 3700 + JP Language Allowance (Local) : RM 4500

?Requirements?

Japanese nationals with B1 level English. Local + Business level Japanese Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis. Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Responsibilities :



Deliver Asset Management services for multiple our customers. Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal our stakeholders. Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers IB data. Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience. Ensure customer Install Based is correctly aligned with contracts, locations, and service coverage levels. Lead the implementation of Asset Management services. Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sources. Identify discrepancies and manage MACD activities. Provide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally.

Required Skills :



Bachelor's degree with minimum of 4 years of

customer engagement including 2 years of experience in IB Management or Data Management or similar

Expert-level proficiency in Japanese (written and verbal). Strong understanding of our business model, product portfolio, and GTM strategies.

Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis.

Proficiency in reporting tools like

Tableau and Power BI.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach ITIL Foundation, and HAM/SAM are good to have Experience: Min 3 to 4 years of customer-facing experience working within a contact centre, operations, Renewals and deal management activities

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
