Job Responsibilities :-

Oversee all operations of your portfolio of property management projects. Ensure compliance to local authorities and the Local Acts on operations of the property. To conduct for each of your portfolio of property management projects an annual building audit to establish the condition of the building fabric, finishes, installations and facilities, and the necessary remedial works. To guide, monitor, appraise and audit so as to ensure that the accounting services, credit control services, procurement procedures are carried out by PMO teams in a competent and effective manner as per best practices and standards. To prepare for each of your portfolio of property management projects an annual business plan comprising manpower requirement, project refurbishment/enhancement and financial budgets on General Maintenance (Service Charge & other revenue), Capital Expenditure and Sinking Fund. To ensure the timely payments of our management fees, staff costs and disbursements by our clients in all your portfolio of property management projects. Ensure that all meetings (if applicable) are carried out timely for all relevant sites, inclusive of being the host of the meeting and ensure smooth operations for these meetings. To prepare Weekly Work Progress Report, monthly Property Management Report and Finance Report. To prepare Biweekly General Audit Report for each of your portfolio of property management projects.

Requirements :-

Degree in Property / Real Estate Management or equivalent. At least 5 - 6 years of working experience in Property Management. Able to prepare monthly reports, defect reports, checklist and presentations. Good communication, interpersonal, report writing and problem solving skills. Able to work with tight deadlines. Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley area.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
