JOB DETAILS
The Assistance Coordinator supports the Assistance Operations Department to deliver services to the client\'s and subscribers of Allianz Partners (AzP)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, and correspondences for AzP and AzP client services;
- To provide assistance to clients as necessary by taking required actions to arrange services and benefits according to subscriber\'s needs and policy coverage;
- Document all conversations, correspondence and actions into the case management system; and
- Work in a team environment to ensure proper case handling.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 -2 years of relevant work experience in the Customer Service/Call Centre environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Those with insurance, medical or travel backgrounds will have an added advantage
- Effectively bilingual with a strong command of written and verbal English, able to converse in Mandarin and other Chinese dialects will be added advantage.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Able to work 3 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
