Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking (or equivalent) in a relevant field At least 3 or more years of experience in account or audit experience (preferably in construction will be added advantage) Proficiency in using related software such as MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, IF Functions, etc) and others Microsoft Office Program Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined and is able to follow-up on tasks, has good time management, and is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Financial metrics and database: Operating cash flow Account payable services Accounts receivable turnover Revenue report Deposit report Asset report : At Silara Akses, we take pride in innovative structural engineering solutions. The Account Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our organization by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes, and providing administrative support to the accounting team. This position requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Record and maintain an accurate and reliable financial transactions and update ledgers using accounting software Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment verification, and reconciliations Support month-end and year-end financial close processes by preparing and assisting with financial reporting Assist on studying variances, preparing budgets, and develop forecasts processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Responsible for all non-office administration matters Perform other duties as assigned
