Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and prepare full set of accounts.
  • Handle and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • To keep and update cash books.
  • Monitor and prepare monthly payments i.e. term loan, rental, hire purchase instalment etc.
  • To prepare bank reconciliation.
  • To update the fixed assets listing.
  • To record product costing and update purchase ledger.
  • Handle trade financing and update the records accordingly.
  • Prepare audit and tax schedule.
  • To prepare periodic stock count.
  • Physical inventory count twice a year.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agent and company secretary on related matters.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly financial statement
  • Work closely with internal team members and clients to resolve issues and enquiries.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in LCCI, Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum five (5) years of related working experience.
  • Knowledge in MS Office Excel & Word.
  • Required language (s): Chinese, English.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
